Yes — on the Pro plan you can connect any custom domain (e.g. shop.yourbusiness.com). Point a CNAME record to Queema and we handle SSL automatically. No technical knowledge needed.
Natively. Every vendor gets their own Paystack subaccount. Payments go directly to your bank account, and Queema's 1.5% platform fee is split automatically — no manual transfers, no delays.
Your retail store is open to everyone — customers browse, add to cart, and pay via Paystack instantly. Your wholesale portal requires buyers to register and get your approval. You set separate prices, minimum order quantities, and payment terms for each wholesale buyer individually.
Not at all. Onboarding takes less than 30 minutes. Upload your logo, add your products, pick your template, connect Paystack, and your store is live. No code, no agency, no waiting.
Your store stays live but new orders pause until you choose a paid plan. You'll get reminder notifications before it ends. All your data, products, customers, and orders carry over — nothing is lost.
Queema uses FIFO (first in, first out) stock batches. When you receive stock, you create a batch with quantity and optional expiry date. When orders are placed, the oldest batch is deducted first automatically. You get low-stock alerts when any product falls below your set threshold.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your inventory, orders, and customer records belong entirely to you. You can export everything as CSV at any time, from any page.
Yes. One Queema account can be linked to multiple stores — useful if you run different businesses or brands. After logging in, you pick which store to enter. You can switch between them any time from your dashboard without logging out.
Yes. You can invite staff and assign them roles. Managers get access to orders, products, and customers but cannot touch billing or staff settings. Staff members are limited to orders and stock receiving only. You stay in full control of what each person can see and do.
Any method Paystack supports — debit cards, bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money. Your customers see all available options at checkout. For wholesale buyers on credit terms, you can also record offline payments manually.
Yes. Each wholesale buyer has their own price tier, minimum order quantity, credit limit, and payment terms. One buyer can be on NET30 with a ₦500,000 credit limit while another pays upfront — all managed from their individual buyer profile.
Queema blocks new orders automatically when a buyer's outstanding balance reaches their credit limit. They'll see a clear message at checkout. Once they settle part of their balance, new orders can go through again.
Physical products with inventory tracking are fully supported now. Digital product delivery (download links, license keys) is on the roadmap for a later release.
You can mark orders as returned from the orders page and restock the inventory manually. Refunds are processed directly through your Paystack dashboard. A built-in refund workflow is coming in a future update.
Yes. Retail customers get order status updates by email at each stage — confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered. You update the status from your orders dashboard. A live tracking page for customers is on the roadmap.
Queema takes 1.5% of each transaction as a platform fee, split automatically via Paystack. Paystack's own processing fees apply separately and are standard across all Nigerian payment processors. There are no hidden charges on top of that.
You can upgrade at any time and the new limits take effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If your existing data (products, staff) exceeds the lower plan's limits, nothing is deleted — you just can't add more until you're within the limit.
Hosting, SSL, subdomain, automatic Paystack fee splitting, inventory tracking, wholesale and retail portals, staff accounts, order management, and customer support. You don't pay separately for any of these — the 1.5% covers everything.
Yes, always. You can export your products, orders, customers, and inventory as CSV files from any page at any time. Your data is yours — Queema does not hold it hostage.
Queema is built specifically for Nigerian businesses — naira pricing, Paystack integration, and Nigerian logistics workflows. International expansion is on the long-term roadmap but is not available yet.
Product variants (size, colour, weight, etc.) are supported. Each variant has its own SKU, price, and stock level tracked independently. Low-stock alerts fire per variant so you always know exactly what's running low.
You set a threshold for each product. When stock drops to or below that number, you get an alert in your dashboard and by email. You can set different thresholds per product — fast-moving items can have higher thresholds than slow movers.
